large diameter ultrasonic water meter body, single channel dN50
General description
A wide diameter range industrial ultrasonic water meter body, are
manufactured in our facilities. From DN50 to DN200 in cast molded,
DN200 and above are welded. Also the related accories: explosion
proof flow meter head enclosure, ultrasonic transducer, milled
brass fittings, pressure sensor for leak protection:
- Type: single channel, dual channel, four channel water meter
house
- Pressure rating: PN16
- Material: ductile iron, stainless steel
- Surface: expoxy painted
- Pipe: full diameter, or reduced diameter as per clients' design
Features:
-The reasonable reflecting structure design ensures no swirl.
-Finely internal treatment, no pressure loss, evenly velocity
gradient
Our advantage:
1) Up and down hydraulic molded, ensures the sensor body no oil
mark, not crackable under pressure.
2) The sensor body surfacae will be under dual steel ball
polishing, remove oxidized by first polish, and finely secondary
polish.
3) High temperature annealing, it can reduce the hardness of
material for easily processing, remove stress to stablize the
shape, clear the defect, improve the material performance.
4) Imported CNC and numerical machine beds ensures the processing
precision.
